Diane Whiting
Diane Whiting, founder, leads Designer Services and provides interior design direction for residential developments, clubhouse environments, leasing offices, and community amenity spaces.
A registered interior designer in Nevada and NCIDQ certified, Diane has extensive experience developing interior environments for multifamily communities and residential projects. Her work includes space planning, furnishings layouts, finish selections, and exterior color coordination across entire developments.
Through Designer Services, Diane oversees the selection and procurement of furnishings, materials, and finishes that bring each space to life.
Larry Tindall
Larry Tindall is the founder of Larry Tindall Residential Designer (LTRD), an architecture firm specializing in residential design.
LTRD provides architectural planning and design services for residential communities and development projects and works closely with Designer Services to ensure the architectural framework and interior environments align throughout the project.
