Designer Services was founded by Diane Whiting and has operated in the Las Vegas Valley for over 25 years. Designer Services provides the overall design concepts, with specifications and material selections for all commercial projects. Specifically, Designer Services creates the overall design concept including but not limited to space planning, specifications, demolition, flooring, cabinetry, paint, mirrors and glazing, upholstery and exterior color blocking and any other scope of work specifically designed for the project. Designer Services also does all the working drawings. prepares all specifications for bid and approves all purchase orders. Designer Services supervises and approves all phases from inception to delivery for all commercial projects.
Meet Diane Whiting
Diane Whiting has been a Nevada registered licensed interior designer with the Nevada Board of Architects for many years. Diane is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, NCIDQ, and an affiliate member of AIA. She has had a major impact on the local design community completing many projects in commercial, multi-family, single-family, and custom homes.
Diane has specialized in all phases of commercial and Multi-Family projects being responsible for the successful completion of hundreds of projects in the Las Vegas area.
Specializing in exterior color blocking, overall project theme, main clubhouse furnishings, gyms, saunas, offices, refreshment areas, amenities in exterior and interior areas, and pool areas.
Diane has designed and merchandised hundreds of model homes to assist many builders in merchandising their homes in Nevada.
Diane has completed many custom home projects in the Las Vegas area.
Jim Rhodes's 25,000-square-foot Starfire Home in Spanish Hills is an example of her custom work.
